Greg davies BSc Physiotherapy, PG Diploma, HCPC, CSP, AACP

I am the owner, company director and lead clinician at Innovate Physiotherapy. I first started my training for massage therapy some 15 years ago, doing holistic, remedial and sports massage therapy. I then began my training for Physiotherapy at Coventry University in 2006 and qualified in 2009 with a 2:1 with honors. Since then I have completed acupuncture training and become a member of the Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists.

I have completed training in podiatry biomechanics and have undertaken specialist training in Advanced Manipulation/mobilisation therapy and completing the PG Diploma in Physiotherapy at the University of Birmingham. I have many years experience working within the NHS, St Georges Park (England football training camp), Trauma and Orthopedics and Private Physiotherapy. Outside of work I spend time with my family, cycling, playing golf and enjoying the outdoors, cars and football.

Christopher Hayes

My name is Christopher Hayes and I qualified as a physiotherapist in 2001 from the
University of Sheffield. In the last 15 years I have specialised in musculoskeletal
physiotherapy gaining a Masters degree in manipulative physiotherapy with membership to
the musculoskeletal association of chartered physiotherapists 2012. I am passionate about
advanced practice and extended scope roles in physiotherapy, and I am among – only a few
physiotherapists in the country who can independently prescribe medications. As part of my
extended care provision I provide soft tissue and intra-articular joint injections along with
requesting appropriate investigations for supporting, clinical assessment and diagnosis.

I am a big believer in professional autonomy and in providing a specialist appointment
where the client receives the right treatment at the right time by the right clinician. This
may include numerous adjuncts / therapy – treatments at the appointment, for example the
providing of a manual treatment like joint or soft tissue manipulation, a prescription of a
pain medication and a steroid / local anaethetic injection. The concept of a one stop – shop
which reduces delays in needing to refer to other clinicians like the clients GP for a
prescription or to an Orthopaedic surgeon for an injection or a physiotherapist /
chiropractor for a spinal manipulative treatment.

I pride myself in providing a caring structured approach to patient care both in the NHS and
working for Bupa, and look forward to meeting you at your initial consultation.
